Thank you for shopping at Cimelio Blu! All orders are custom packaged with care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. We offer free shipping on all standard domestic orders above $250, otherwise there is a flat rate charge of $16. At this time we do not offer international shipping. Your order will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after the day of your order. All items marked "made-to-order" will be shipped in the estimated time window listed in the item description.
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. All costs associated with the return are incurred by the customer. All returned items must be accompanied by original packaging, such as boxes, tags and any protection materials. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. Please remember that we cannot accept cancellations or returns on items that have been custom ordered for you.

We know that damages can occur during the shipping process, should this happen please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email our customer care team at info@cimelioblu.com with the order number and an image of the damaged item(s). That way we can quickly access if we are able to ship you a replacement or issue a refund.
